Mike Mullen is a full-time NYS licensed home inspector. He has performed several thousand home inspections which translates into deep experience that directly benefits every client. Mike has been a guest speaker at many first-time homebuyer's classes throughout the region and has been a radio guest of WBEN in Buffalo on multiple occasions. He employs the very latest technology and equipment while conducting his home inspections and preparing his reports.
Mike is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the International Code Council, and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). As an "ASHI Certified Inspector" he has met the most stringent requirements in the industry, including passing rigorous technical exams and performing 250 inspections that were subject to ASHI auditing. It's noteworthy that Mike spent over twenty years in the professional fire service where he retired as a senior officer. That background and training keeps safety issues paramount on his inspections and nothing is ever taken for granted.
