We are committed to keeping the same reasonable pricing that our customers have always appreciated. We use a sliding-scale fee structure that is determined by the square footage of the home.

A "50/50" rule may apply to certain home inspections. Homes that are listed for under $50 per square foot may be assessed an additional $50 fee. These homes are priced significantly below the average market value for our area and are usually distressed properties or "fixer-uppers". Inspection and the report writing always takes significantly longer than usual and is the reason for the additional charge. You will find it well worth the extra money to understand if that type of property is the right one or not for you.
